1. Brush before shampooing
2. Be careful not to get the treatment on the scalp.
3. Apply a small amount of oil before using a hair dryer.
4. Dry the hair neatly so that there are no freshly dried parts. (I know it's a hassle, but I think it's important to do this on a daily basis!)
5. Use silk pilows (less friction and fewer split ends!)
6. Set hair iron temperature low.

I performed "Ride on Time" by MAX. We had intense dancing in the red outfit 💃 it was very cool ✨
I learned that I could do such dancing too! I discovered something new! I want to take this experience to many places!
Next week, I will be performing my original dance to Koda Kumi's "Ai no Uta".
I have never created my own choreography before, so I struggled a lot..💦
I'll do it carefully not to ruin Io-chan's gentle voice and the world view of "Ai no Uta"
After a lot of trial and error, I think I was able to come up with a choreography that I was satisfied with.
I get restless as the day to air get closer..
